The studio is beautiful, and the Pilates mat room is very pleasant with its large bay window. I love the mom/baby classes with Noemie because the exercises are still challenging; you can really feel the effort. I can't wait to try the regular classes.

I really like the room where the classes are held. It's very pleasant and bright. Also, the equipment is good quality. The exercises are varied and challenging. Edit: I'm increasing my rating because I really appreciate that the owners are open to feedback and attentive to their clients. That's really rare these days. Thank you.

We really appreciate this kind of feedback, as it helps us continuously improve.<br><br>Would it be possible to contact us directly at the studio or write to us? We tried to find you in our database, but we can't locate your profile. We would love to speak with you to understand which class you attended.<br><br>We don't offer 50-minute classes; our classes are either 60 minutes or 45-minute express sessions. Therefore, it's important for us to investigate what might have happened if a class didn't run its full course. We take this very seriously and would like to address the situation to prevent it from happening again.<br><br>Regarding the restrooms, thank you for mentioning that as well. Unfortunately, we didn't replace the bathroom floors during the studio renovations. They are therefore a bit old and may appear stained, even though they are cleaned regularly by our housekeeping team. Your comment might encourage us to consider replacing them soon! :)<br><br>Thanks again for your feedback. FINALLY!! 😍 I've been waiting for a Pilates studio to open in the neighborhood and I'm not disappointed! The space is bright, welcoming, and warm. The instructors are amazing 💯 (Special shout-out to Amina!) and the people are friendly ☺️ Definitely try it!!

Just what Verdun needed!! A beautiful, clean, and inviting place. The teachers are professional and attentive, and you leave feeling great and satisfied. 10/10, would recommend.

Been waiting SO long for Pilates in Verdun!!! Such a beautiful space. Staff is so welcoming and sweet, and the mat class was great. Looking forward to seeing more advanced mat classes hopefully though🥰 and can’t wait to try a reformer class!! 💖

I just tried the mommy-baby class, great experience! The reformer machines are top notch, the teacher adapted really well to my 7-month-old, the place is really zen with lots of natural light, and it smells good! Can't wait to go back and enjoy the thermal space.
