Lovely studio near the Olympic Stadium. This is a small studio with reformer and mat classes. The classes are quite varied and the instructors are super sweet and very experienced!

I visited Playa Pilates a few weeks ago and absolutely loved the experience. The space is beautiful, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the attention from the team is excellent. They have everything you need for a great class, and the overall vibe makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Highly recommend! ✨

Playa is such a lovely studio. I have only taken reformer flow classes there, and all of the instructors are different but equally skilled, providing great variation. They welcome all levels of experience and I have always felt comfortable being myself. No snobby people or behavior here. So happy to have a place like this in Hochelaga.

Finally, a place to practice Pilates in the neighborhood! :) The reformer studio is bright and inviting. Several classes at different levels are taught by qualified instructors. 10/10

My first class at Playa Pilates Studio was incredible. It was the grand opening, and everything was perfect: a beautiful and comfortable space, a warm atmosphere, and a spectacular class. Plus, we were treated to matcha from Mashukin Cafe and lovely gifts. I can't wait to go back.
