Lemon is a hidden gem that I’m sure will become a go-to spot in NDG! I took a beginner Pilates class with Helena and she was fantastic! She was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and gave us a great work out. The studio and the staff provide clients with such a positive & uplifting atmosphere, I highly recommend trying out a Pilates course!
