Had my first reformers class with Melanie and it was a tough but fun class. She’s a great instructor who knows how to motivate and get you to keep going even when you want to quit. I absolutely recommend and I’ll be back.

Tried a few reformer classes with Lindsay, she’s great - gives extra pointers depending on who needs it while still being encouraging, and makes the class really enjoyable.

I’ve been coming to Bike and Barre in summer for two years now, and I absolutely love their classes, especially Christina’s. She always pushes you to do your best. All of the instructors are fantastic, and the customer service is excellent. They’re understanding and accommodating. I’ll definitely be back next summer!

Almost 2 years ago, I joined my first reformer class, and I’ve been hooked ever since. From reformer to barre to mat Pilates! I’ve never committed to a single fitness routine for this long, but now it’s truly become my lifestyle. Every class is fun and challenging, and the instructors make it even better — they treat us like friends, not just clients. I genuinely look forward to every session at Bike and Barre!

Honestly, I really enjoy working out at Bike and Barre, especially in Lindsay’s classes. She’s professional, energetic, and always makes the class fun and motivating. However, I’m leaving a low rating because of a very disappointing experience. Last Thursday at 8 pm, I attended a class and wore my Ugg Tazz slippers. When the class ended, my shoes were gone — someone had taken them, and an old, worn-out pair of slippers was left on the shoe shelf instead. Lindsay was kind enough to note down my shoe color and size and mentioned that the studio owner would post an Instagram story to help locate them. I also asked if they could review the camera footage, but as of yesterday, my shoes are still missing, and no more update. The BB team explained that the studio isn’t responsible for personal items, which I understand, but unfortunately there’s no secure place to store shoes other than an open shoe shelf. I requested a refund for my unused sessions, which they processed promptly — I appreciate that part. Still, I feel really sad and disappointed that this happened. I hope the studio considers adding a more secure storage option for guests in the future.

I’ve been coming to Bike and Barre for months now and absolutely love it! The classes are always challenging in the best way, and I leave feeling stronger every time. Lindsay is amazing—so encouraging and great at keeping the energy up. Payge’s classes are tough but totally worth it if you’re looking to push yourself and see real results. The whole studio has such a positive, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a consistent and motivating Pilates spot!

I found Bike and Barre through Class Pass - my experience when I stepped into the studio to when I left was nothing but amazing. Alexa was extremely kind in giving me a quick tour of the studio and hyping up the Bike class. The studio space is stylish and puts you in a good headspace before a workout. Asini was my instructor and she had great energy, a super sick playlist and made the workout a challenge but fun at the same time. Happy to share Bike and Barre is now integrated into my weekly workouts!

I found Bike & Barre in 2022 and took my first spin class with Gabby. From there, I was hooked and started attending Pilates and barre classes too! What truly stood out to me was the welcoming atmosphere that Gabby and Christina have created (not to mention that the space is beautiful!) The classes are suitable for all kinds of skill levels, with modifications to make the classes more or less challenging depending on your personal journey! I’ve tried a number of Pilates and spin studios both in Markham and Toronto, but I always keep coming back to B&B for the burn, the music selection, and the community that’s been created in the studio. Every instructor puts so much care into their programming, and it really shows!

I can’t believe this studio was under my nose! I’ve moved to Markham 3 years ago and took my first reformer Pilates class in June. I’ve been coming back ever since, waking up early to book for my next class one week in advance before the spots get taken. The space, music, and instructors are one of the many reasons why I come back. I enjoy going to Chrissy, Mel, and Lindsay’s reformer Pilates classes because I’ve seen the progression in my flexibility, movement and strength. Their energy and words of encouragement makes those final counts and pushes worth the visit. Thanks for having your studio in my neighbourhood! Great having your studio open so I don’t have to go downtown or North York.
